SKE Autumn Break Event was AWESOME!

So, what have SPORT KARATE EAST’s youngsters been up to during their Autumn Break, let’s have a wee look at the video and see shall we!

It looks like both HARD WORK and FUN were the key elements of the event. SLEEP – EAT – KARATE – REPEAT was the events slogan. The 3K’s [Kihon, Kata, Kumite] of karate were worked on every day at the Autumn Break Event, but they still had time for lots of FUN!
