This weekend saw SPORT KARATE EAST’s athletes head to Wishaw for the season finally event.  The first result of the day saw Caitlin Dunn from Ballumbie Primary taking SILVER in the Girls 5yrs – 6yrs of age category.

Not to be outdone in the boys’ category, young Jacob McGlone [Turbo] from St. Marys Primary took a BRONZE.

Next on the podium was our little pocket rocket Daisy Hutchison who took SILVER. Her disappointment in only achieving SILVER was short lived at Daisy was subsequently CROWNED this year OVERALL CHAMPION of CHAMPIONS for consistent podium performances throughout the season.

Sometimes we WIN and sometimes we LEARN, this season we did both here at SKE!
