Well it certainly was a “Good Week'” to have a “GREAT WEEK” @ SPORT KARATE EAST’s Autumn Camp.  We got up to so much FUN that we had to create not one but two videos of this weeks activities. We have had lots & lots of FUN and working really hard on improving our karate. Check-out the video’s yourself and see the fun and games we had throughout the week!
