YOUNG GUN TAKES GOLD!

SPORT KARATE EAST’s young athletes start the second half of the season well at the Scottish Karate Grand Prix today, taking Gold, Silver and Bronze podium positions.

Ethan Komara took Gold in the Boys 5yrs – 6yrs of age category.  Hot on his heals was his club mate Connor McCluskey who took a Bronze in the same category.

The final podium place of the day went to Dawid Blaszczak in the Boys 12yrs – 13yrs of age category +45kgs. Dawid was pipped at the post today and had to settle for Silver on this occasion.
