It was SPORT KARATE EAST’s privilege and pleasure to have a KUMITE Seminar with Scotlands very own Amy Connell.

The Seminar took place on Sunday 4th December from 11.00am – 1.00pm @ SPORT KARATE EAST’s Dojo in Dundee.

It was a very inspiring and enlightening FUN filled coaching session from Amy which left all of the athletes buzzed up and eager for more.
